During our recent visit, we enjoyed a delightful stay. The room was beautifully furnished and provided a lovely view of a stream, which was truly relaxing. We were impressed with the dinner in the restaurant, which was beautifully presented and exceeded our expectations. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, offering great menu recommendations. Breakfast the next morning was also a highlight, setting us up nicely for the day ahead.

The double room was comfortable, but Wi-Fi was poor during my stay.

Just a heads-up, the village shop offers standard groceries if you need to stock up. Definitely check this place out for a fun getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. the four-poster bed was so comfy and the roll-top bath in the bathroom was amazing! The nearby Smardale Gill Nature Reserve is perfect for lovely walks and exploring, making it a great spot for anyone who loves city strolls and nature.
